Problem – This manufacturing company had a legacy time tracking system.  They were challenged with producing actual labor costs by line, project and other metrics.  They wanted to develop an updated system that would leverage current technologies (bar coding) and integrate with their payroll system.

Solution – We created a hybrid web application and a Windows service.  Each manufacturing line had a commercial grade windows PC which was setup with the windows service.  This provided manufacturing line level time tracking and sent periodic updates to a centralized Microsoft SQL Server.   The system integrated with payroll as well as allowing enhanced reporting and analytics.
